Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Each item is carefully handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If the damage is verified, we will replace the item with the same product at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use or handling after delivery.
